Squid + Squidguard não esta bloquando nada

Meu Squid e SquidGuard não esta bloqueando nada, estou utilizando proxy transparente e não esta aceitando as regras do SquidGuard

Eu estava com o mesmo problema, mas no autenticado, a solução foi atualizar o squid e o squidguard e refazer a config dos dois. Foi trabalhoso, mas deu certo.
