If I have PFSense in Virtualbox with the WAN interface set to NAT and the LAN interface set to internal.

What is the configuration within PFSense for another VM with LAN interface set to internal (like PFSense LAN) to be able to NAT through the PFSense firewall to the Internet.

I do not want to accomplish this with the PFSense WAN set to Bridge but rather NAT.  Any assistance would be greatful.

      Thanks,

      Bryan

No pfSense config required if I understand you.  The client on the same internal segment as pfSense NIC just needs to use the pfSense LAN IP address as its gateway.  I'm not sure how WAN being bridged or NATed makes any difference to the client on the LAN.
