Unbound performance tweaks

I would like to make a few changes to the unbound.conf that aren't listed on the advanced page. But the conf file is overwritten even with a setting of 444. Is there any way to make the changes?

These are the changes I want to make
msg-cache-slabs: 8
rrset-cache-slabs: 8
infra-cache-slabs: 8
key-cache-slabs: 8
so-rcvbuf: 1m

Also, would it be possible to manually enter the size for msg-cache-size instead of choosing predefined choices?
