I have a potential project coming up where I am thinking of using pfsense.  The scenario is a rather large building is being partitioned out by the owner into several small offices.  He wants "free internet" to be included with each suite.  I'm thinking about using pfsense and a vlan capable switch and creating a vlan for each suite.  Is there a way I can use pfsense to cap each vlan (or subnet) to a specific throttled rate?
