2 WANs

Hi all!

I have 2 wans from 2 different providers.

2 questions:

1. I would like to combine them and always use WAN1 IP address (now it switching between 2 external IPs), is it possible?
2. Download works OK with combined WANs but upload always use WAN1 and not bosth. How to achieve that upload is also combined? (torrents for example)
