How to limit per user download ?

Hi, how do i limit per user download ?? I want to give users a download limit of 1 GB per day, how can i do that ??

There's no per-user accounting anywhere beyond Captive Portal + RADIUS.

Assuming Captive Portal and Radius identify someone who hits their limit, and you start blocking additional traffic, is there any way to notify the user of what's going on?
