    PfSense GUI displayed problem after upgrade php5

      Hello,

      I was upgrade pfsense to latest version is 2.2.5 and php5 to 5.5.30 and i meet error:

      Warning: Illegal string offset 'item' in /etc/inc/services.inc on line 851 Warning:

      Please help me resolve this problem?

          Yes, i install php5-imap for user authenticate with gmail instead of local account in captive portal.
          i notice that it also install php5.4 so i remove it and reinstall via command
          pkg install php55-5.5.30

          After that, i meet this error :(

              All function of pfsense are working well, only GUI have problem.
              Are you have another way to fix it?  :-[ :-[ :(

                there probably is another way to fix it … but reinstalling takes less then 5 minutes, this including importing of the config.

                  No, there's none. The FreeBSD PHP obviously does NOT have the pfSense module. Nothing will work properly without it. Do not ever try to "upgrade" PHP.
