      Hello,

My main internet connection is down at the moment, and I'm trying to setup a secondary failover WAN connection via an iPhone as a hotspot.  I have a wireless card in the pfSense box, and I created an interface for it, WAN2.  It looks like I have everything set correctly on the interface, but the wireless connection continuously reconnects.  If I look at the iPhone connections indicator, I can see 1 connection, then no connections, then 1 connection again every second or so.  I can also catch it on the pfsense dashboard, with the connection down and then up with an IP address.  The IP address it's grabbing momentarily before it disconnects is 172.20.10.5.  My LAN addresses are all 192.168.x.x, so I don't think that's interfering.

These are the settings for the WAN2 interface:

      Enable Inteface checked
      IPv4 Configuration : DHCP
      IPv6 Confuguration : None
      DHCP client hostname : pfsense
      Mode : Infrastructure (BSS)
      SSID : iPhone
      Enable WPA checked
      PSK : *passphrase*
      WPA Mode : WPA2
WPA Key Management Mode : Pre-Shared Key
      Authentication : Open System Authentication
      WPA Pairwise : AES

Everything else is the default setting.

Now if I set the IPv4 Configuration setting to None, then the connection remains established, but then there's no IP address assigned to utilize the connection.  I've also tried changing the other various settings here, either resulting in no connection at all, or the constant reconnecting.

In the general system logs I see these messages

Dec 30 21:01:05 php-fpm[84069]: /rc.newwanip: Could not find IPv4 gateway for interface (wan).

In the system gateway logs I see this:

Dec 30 21:05:58 apinger: Could not bind socket on address(172.20.10.5) for monitoring address 172.20.10.1(WAN2_DHCP) with error Can't assign requested address

I'm not quite sure what's wrong.  Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
