VPN reporting

Hi,

I have been getting reports from one of our remote offices of connection drops, which seems to be at there ISP end, however, they are connected to the main office via an IPSEC VPN tunnel and wanted to set pfsense to notify an admin user if the tunnel goes down.  I have poured through the menu options and can find nothing obvious, is this possible?
