      Hi,
I tried to post to this thread https://forum.pfsense.org/index.php?topic=60222.0
But it's probably locked, so I created new topic.
I have Netgear ProSecure STM150. VGA header works fine, so I installed pfSense.
My problem is, that the system detects only one interface. Does it mean, that there is only one NIC with 5 port switch and Netgear separated ports via software?

And why you think it was locked?

I have Netgear ProSecure STM150. VGA header works fine, so I installed pfSense.

The STM is a transparent AV Scanning proxy server, not a router or firewall or UTM device!!!
So his ports are generally set up as bridged ports or in bypass mode as I see it right.

My problem is, that the system detects only one interface.

What did you install? NanoBSD or a full install on HDD/SSD?

You should ask Netgear and not us, as in the older thread described it must be answered by someone
who was doing the same as you did before, but with success. Better to go with an older Nokia IP390 or
IP650 appliance and install pfSense on it, because the hardware will be supported.

It is not only needed to own x86 hardware and pfSense will probably run on it, the hardware should or must
be supported by pfSense likes all other OS need it also.

          There is no reply button.

          Full install on HDD.

STM150 is not suitable for pfSense.

          Thanks for your reply.
