Look for help at the "Oracle virtual box" support forum woukd be a wise thing to do.
If you remove "Oracle virtual box" from the system wher it is running on, and you install (only) pfSense on it, everything works ok, isn't it ?!

That's why the very first question after initial startup is : do you want to change the default "192.168.1.1" !! Just do so, make it something like 10.0.0.1 or 192.168.2.1 or whatever.

No "help me" PM's please. Use the forum, the community will thank you.
Edit : and where are the logs ??

There are a ton of guides online about how to get pfSense working in Virtualbox.

Create a FreeBSD VM with 2 NICs, one bridged and one on intnet1.  Bridged NIC is your WAN so give it an IP address in the same subnet as the PC you're running VB on.  For intnet1 NIC< give it a private IP address not in the same subnet as WAN.  Create another VM with one NIC on intnet1.  Use that VM to access WebGUI.  Uncheck the Block private networks setting on WAN.  Done.
