      I have four packages that have failed since upgrading to 2.3. They all stop with the same exact error.

      [4/11] Extracting perl5-5.20.3_8:
      pkg: archive_read_extract(): Can't create '/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.20/AnyDBM_File.pm'
      [4/11] Extracting perl5-5.20.3_8… done
      [4/11] Deleting files for perl5-5.20.3_8: …....... done

      Cleaning up cache... done.
      Success

      Is this a known issue?

        numerous packages haven't been checked.

        that error indicates a permission issue or a full harddisk or whatever other reason it can't be extracted.

          Permissions maybe. How do I resolve that? Full drive unlikely. My storage is over kill for my needs.

                      Looks promising. Perl seemed to install. My first try was freeradius. I caught this:

                      [4/11] Extracting perl5-5.20.3_8: …....... done
                      : not found
                      makewhatis: not found
                      pkg: POST-INSTALL script failed
