Correct pinout for Rj45 to Serial console cable

Hi,

Can anyone post the correct pinout for a Rj45 to Serial console cable ?
I read that a Cisco console cable would work, but i have made a cable with de pinout like on this picture :

But this give no response with PuTTY on a XTM 510.

Thank you for the reply,
but i have bought a Cisco Console Cable from Ebay,
and now it's working fine.
pfSense 2.2.6 is installed en running on my XTM 510 ;-)
