VPN - PFsense (Client) x Checkpoint (Server)

Good afternoon friends,
Have in one FortiGate company that makes communication with the factory to raise a IPSec VPN, the server is checkpoint and the fortegate's all right connection. Only takes on the same network by pfsense create a connection to this server also checkpoint, where a connection has already been made available note to myself and IPsec settings pfsense has raised normally.
The problem is that when testo to see if communicates with the server is not the case, already checked and released all the firewall ports as well. What may be happening to not have communication between pfsense and the checkpoint server?
