Pfsense use gateway or VPN by default or why slow speed down?

Hi, i have a question, i use normaly Asus AC66U its works perfect but time to upgrade to 10 Gigabit.
Asus router other Ipv4\ipv6 adress range (61.xx.xx.xx)Get 500\50 mbit speed from Asus router, but only 400 mbit down and 50 mbit up with pfsense?
But pfsene give wan adress 32.xx.xx.xx by default.
If i try to use http://test-ipv6.com/ its did not give any ipv6.
But get ipv6 if i try ipconfig in windows 10.So id not know perfect hardware for pfsense?
I tryed with Asus J1900I-C and Intel Gigabit CT PCI-E Network Adapter EXPI9301CTBLK and samsung 840 evo.But can not find why WAN give wrong adress not from my ISP and how to set up ipv6?
