      Background
I have a portable lab environment installed on my laptop using pfSense and hyper-v on a Windows 10 host. The host and VMs are connected by a internal virtual switch. A external virtual switch is used by pfSense DHCP WAN interface.  WAN can be assigned to a physical ethernet adapter or bridged wifi adapter. Both connections work fine in my lab.

      Problem
Starbucks DHCP servers seem to get confused by DHCP requests coming from pfSense once they have gone through the wireless bridge.

      Conclusion
Giving up on Starbucks unless there are ways to tweak pfSense DHCP requests through a wireless bridge.

      Thank you for your interest.
