    GSM Failover Public IP

      Hello,

      I work on ships and have a few ships that i want to setup a GSM connection for a failover when the satellite antenna goes down. I have it all Setup and working fine, However what i want to know what is the best way to get the Public IP address that the GSM is currently using sent to me so i can still access the system.

      Some sort of email report system that sends the public ip address to a email when it failovers.
      OR
      Some sort of site that logs the Public IP address that is currently being used.

      Any Help is much appreciated

        Register with a DynDns service of your liking and add a DynDns client for your GSM interface in pfSense.
        Do so at  Services: Dynamic DNS
