Intel pentium 524 vs Celeron 1037u

Hey guys,

I have this superrrrrrr old system from 2004ish. I was wondering if I should use it or go with more modern system aka a Celeron 1037u.

Or should I buy a FIREBOX X CORE 550e (found one locally for about $160) and flash it?

I am using about 500 - 700gb~ of traffic a month. Would this CPU be able to handle it?

I am also planning to move the system into a 1U case.
