      Hello,

How can I start/stop/restart a service from the command line?

For whatever reason Cacti isn't logging SNMP data after a pfsense reboot but everything is fine after restarting the snmp service.  I want to try and make a cron job to restart the service after a reboot but I have no idea where to find pfsense services.

I have no experience with BSD so I did some googling but I can't find anything in the rc.d folder. I can only find bsnmpd in the usr/sbin/ folder but service "name" restart doesn't work.

Could anyone give me some hints?

      Thanks
