How to tell if ISP goes offline
-
Are there any reports that would show when an ISP went offline?
-
"Status –> System logs --> Gateways" ???

This is part of what I found:
Feb 3 21:37:33 apinger: Could not bind socket on address(82.37.215.212) for monitoring address 82.37.215.1(WAN_DHCP) with error Can't assign requested address Feb 3 21:37:34 apinger: Could not bind socket on address(82.37.215.212) for monitoring address 82.37.215.1(WAN_DHCP) with error Can't assign requested address Feb 3 21:37:35 apinger: Could not bind socket on address(82.37.215.212) for monitoring address 82.37.215.1(WAN_DHCP) with error Can't assign requested address Feb 3 21:37:36 apinger: alarm canceled: WAN_DHCP(82.37.215.1) *** down *** Feb 3 21:37:37 apinger: SIGHUP received, reloading configuration. Feb 3 21:37:46 apinger: ALARM: GW_LAN(192.168.1.1) *** down *** Feb 3 21:43:23 apinger: Starting Alarm Pinger, apinger(19202) Feb 3 21:45:55 apinger: ALARM: GW_LAN(192.168.1.1) *** down ***
Not sure what to make of all that..
I was wondering if there might be some sort of RRD graph which would visually display when there was no Internet connection.

Status > RRD Graphs, Quality Tab??
