      Hi,

I created this rule awhile back to autoblock countries IP ranges and I want to delete it now. However, every time I delete the rule it gets recreated in cron, this is true even if I completely remove all the IP networks in the rule. Can anyone help me hard delete this it is driving me nuts.

The auto rule is probably generated by pfBlockerNG , so until you change the pfBlockerNG configuration, it will be recreated at every cron update.

Ok thanks. I tried changing the logfile size to see if that will do it.

I am not sure how changing a log file size will remove an alias?

You have to set the alias to 'disabled' in the Asia tab. I would also recommend running a 'Force Reload' after that.

So I have been disabling or deleting the rule and then the alias when I do a Force Reload it recreates the rule, any idea what I am missing?

              Thanks!

The configuration should be at Firewall / pfBlockerNG / Country / Asia
