Strange behavior with webUI upon IPSec connection requiring firewall reboot



  • v 2.2.6 on SG2440 - I have an IPSec VPN configured and upon a client connecting to the VPN, if I go into the IPSec Dashboard, the Web UI will hang and I can no longer access it until the firewall is rebooted.

    If an IPSec client is not connected and I view the IPSec dashboard, no issues occur. It is only when a client is connected.

    Any suggestions - should I contact support?

    Can anyone replicate this?



  • Update - after all clients disconnect, I can then access the Web admin UI page. But when any IPSec client is connected, it will continue to hang, if I have previously tried viewing IPSec status page.
