3 WAN with 100mbps UP and 100mpbs DOWN

      What i have Done is:
      1. Browsing (port 80) = load balanced on the 3 WANs.
      2. TOTAL Browsing = is limited to 200mbps. With equal sharing for each IP.

The problem is I want the BROWSING traffic to never go above 70mbps per WAN.
Is That possible without affecting #2?

You can use HFSC, create a separate queue for HTTP traffic for each WAN interface, then assign the queues depending on which WAN is used, set HFSC's queue upper limit to 70Mb.
