BUT when i can enter with AD User the login page return this msg : "Error: 401 Description: Unauthorized. You do not have access to the page index.php".

You need to create a group that matches your LDAP group and give that group access to your webGUI.

Must I create a group but with which name?

          The name of the AD?
The name of the one of the groups?

You can make me an example.

Graces and excuse for the trouble.

Say you belong to the Administrators group in AD, then you need to create an Administrators group in pfSense, and give that group rights. Similarly, if you just want to give rights to a particular user in the AD tree, you need to create a user in the User Manager that corresponds to the AD user.
