      I think the developers do not focus on packages at this point in time. As we know, this is still a beta release.

        It's not even beta.
        It's alpha alpha. ;)

          libstdc++.so.6 is a FreeBSD 6.x library - 1.2.1 will have libstdc++.so.7.

          How have you installed iperf? If it was with pkg_add, pkg_delete and pkg_add over again. If it was through a pfSense package, you could still try removing and reinstalling it. If all else fails, install the compat6x package, though that is the least preferred solution.

            I have only tried to remove and reinstall the package using the GUI.

              Might want to reinstall from iso and try again.

                All the packages are apparently broken, trying to install 6.x versions on 7.0, which is what will cause the specific error you're seeing.

                  But it should be installing 7.x packages.

                    I did an upgrade from 1.2 so maybe I have to do a full ISO install, but it is not exactly the best solution for current 1.2 owners using pfsense in a production environment if this is not solved before 1.2.1 release.

                      This is still an issue for me on a full iso fresh install of 1.2.1 from today.
