I have an site to site openvpn setup for main office (server) and branch (client).

I tried to setup dual wan for the branch office using this guide
    http://waseemmeo786.blogspot.my/p/blog-page_6959.html
I have LB then FO exactly as the blog, but my VPN will not work

So I tried to route the CLIENT using the local loop like this, but still can't
    https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/Multi-WAN_OpenVPN

Checking the logs, I see this
ERROR: FreeBSD route add command failed: external program exited with error status: 1

Is it because my Server can't add the route in? Do I have to just do FO (i.e. 1 wan only?)
