      Hi,

I am getting "In" errors on many of my interfaces.

I tried one of Jimp advice command  "sysctl -a | grep .em."  and I can see the following issue :

      dev.em.0.mac_stats.recv_undersize: 15570

Do you know what that mean ?

      Thanks

You're receiving runt packets. Often a cabling or interference issue, possibly a switch problem.

          Thanks for your answer.

In fact, here pfSense is installed as a Virtual Machine and there is no error on the physical cards of the host.
I changed the kind of all the virtual cards of my pfSense from E1000 to Virtio, and the errors are gone.

Oh, I was just assuming physical hardware. Yeah could be virtual network issues too. virtio is best regardless.

Thanks for the info. I was wondering if it was a wise choice.
