    PfSense is Limiting my Speed to only 10mbps

      Hi!

      Need help pfSense 2.2.4

      ISP speed is 200mbps, but my pfSense is limiting it to only 10mbps. Resetting the states or unplugging the LAN will use the 200mbps again, but after several minutes it limits to 10mbps again. Sometimes resetting the states won't work.

        what is the interface Speed and Duplex ?  check if it showing 10mb/s  also see if any error in log

          possibly a bad wire between modem & pfsense / bad nic

          any errors in log when it happens?

            Hi, thanks for your replies. NIC status says 1000mbps. I did change the cables after seeing interface errors and it seems it is okay now. Still observing though.. thanks guys!
