      After upgrading from RC to RELEASE my "status services" page is showing my old packages that are now deprecated (arpwatch, nut, and bandwithd).
      It really does not bother me but is some what of an nuisance…
      Any way to get rid of them and clean stale data?

      TIA!

          I did mine by editing the config:

          1. Diag->Backup/Restore - download the config.
          2. Edit the config, look for the package name (e.g. I did tftp yesterday on a box) and delete the sections related to it - probably a menu entry, services entry, and a package settings section.
          3. Restore the config. (System will reboot)

          As the Greek philosopher Isosceles used to say, "There are 3 sides to every triangle."
