Logged into the portal to get the factory images for SG, etc. boxes and the checksums (sha256) don't seem to match. Tried downloading 2-3 times on my Windows box and verifying and then again on a separate linux box- never seems to line up.

I highly doubt all my downloads are getting corrupted or that the images are corrupt that are up there. Just thought I'd let you guys know so you can take a look.

Upgrading the 1st time I got the sha256 error too, but trying a few minutes later, the upgrade was finished without any error.

I noticed this too. I downloaded from both the Austin and NY servers (they both have the same SHA-256 value, but they don't match the listed file.

Any idea when this will be reconciled?

You decompressed then hashed. The published hash is on the .iso.gz file.
