Config restore on fresh install fails

Hello,

I have a production pfSense with an identical cold spare.
I have reinstalled from scratch the cold spare, and restored the production config on it.
After reboot, the boot process stops at:

DUMMYNET 0 with IPv6 initialized (100409)
load_dn_sched dn_sched FIFO loaded
load_dn_sched dn_sched QFQ loaded
load_dn_sched dn_sched RR loaded
load_dn_sched dn_sched WF2Q+ loaded
load_dn_sched dn_sched PRIO loaded

Nothing more happens.
On the production unit I use HFSC, both units are pfSense 2.3.

Any clues please ?

What output is before that?

It could be sending output to a different console (if you're watching the video console, it might be going to the serial console)
