Random Gateway Connection drops and no Torrent client will connect

Hi,

This problem was happening before the latest release. I decided to get a new Jetway NF9HG-2930 Thin mini-ITX Network Motherboard and installing the new version of pfSense 2.3 just to find out the the problem continues.

I randomly loose connection to internet and I need to unplug the Network Cable coming from ISP to WAN port and everything starts working again. In addition, not a single Torrent client will allow me to DL/UL anything. I tried connecting the computer directly to the ISP everything works fine. Connect back to pfSense and problem comes back.

The pfSense has no configuration on it other than what comes Out of the Box then I finish the installation. No rules blocking anything.

Please help. I'm desperate.
