Possible to have url whitelist before shalla blacklist?

I have shalla blacklist running and clients are blocked for the MUSIC category.

The problem is that this blocks all of itunes.apple.com.  This is causing failure of appstore connectivity (for updates) and IOS updates to fail as those services are trying to connect to init.itunes.apple.com.

I do not want to unblock the music category, but I need to whitelist some url's to bypass the blacklist.  I tried to add the urls to the page for squid, ACL, whitelist URLs.  Squid seems to be fine, but the black list still catches and blocks it.

I need squid whitelisted URL's to NOT be checked against the blacklist.

Is there any way to do this?

If you use "whitelist" instead of "allow" on the ACL entry for your custom target category that should stop it from processing the others.
