folks I have a very basic question and I thank you in advance for your help.

I have installed 2.6 and all has gone well. I also installed squid and squidguarding and that's worked OK. I see though that DansGuardian was removed after 2.2.6.

I want to test out a configuration of 2.2.6 with DansGuardian…

Which image should I download for the 2.2.6 release? Specifically, I see 1g..4g files? which file should I get for i386?

I am trying to create a bootable CD from the img and that is not working.. my 2.3 iso worked OK. I tried to burn to USB from the 4g IMG using win32diskimager but the usb does not boot (not sure if I should have downloaded a different image though).

of course alternatively -- is it possible to install dansguardian on 2.3 ?

      thanks for your help.
