Four port Intel NIC, dual core Atom processor - Looks ugly, but seems powerful enough for pfSense. At $250, it may be a decent deal.

Looks like a good price but its fan-less and it looks like there is not any vents for air circulation

Oh yes I missed that, but I still won't go for D2550 one, if you want gigabit throughput performance, D2550 won't fit the need and it's generating a lot more heat (I owned a board with Intel 1037U with 82583V LAN chip, this LAN chip model is actually generating a bit more heat while running), I wonder if the heat dissipation can be handled well in such a small case.
