      NOOBIE question can some one give a link or list of the TCP flag list and definitions in the firewall logs example TCP:PA TCP:FA TCP:S etc etc

        https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transmission_Control_Protocol#Connection_establishment should be a good start. The Protocol Operation section would be a good place to focus.

        for example,  TCP:PA would be be a "push ack" , TCP:FA would be a "FIN ACK", etc…

          The basic list is always shown at the bottom of the firewall logs.
