Unable to receive email after starting OpenVPN services.

I successfully installed OpenVPN with PIA on pfsense but now I have an internal email server that isn't receiving any emails and also I'm unable to connect to my Synology NAS webportal on a specific port.
I.E. https://mySite.com:randomPortNumber
This was working before VPN services were installed.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Guessing you're letting it push you a default gateway, which you probably don't want.
That in and of itself doesn't suffice though (reply-to should route it back out correctly). Second issue, you probably have a static IP WAN with no gateway chosen under Interfaces>WAN, so it's not setting reply-to.
