I don't want to do site to site vpn.  I don't want to do openvpn due to how slow it is.    I was wondering if there is a way for pfsense to do ipsec client configuration.  I use Torguard and currently using openvpn and the throughput sucks.  I have 4 cores, 8Gigs allotted for it.

There is a Mobile Client setting which can be used to create a IPSEC VPN for mobile clients. You might have a look here : https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/IPsec_Road_Warrior/Mobile_Client_How-To

That won't work.  I need to be able to set up pfsense as a client but using the ipsec instead of openvpn settings.
