PfSense - Problems VPN - L2TP / IPSec

Hi,
I also want to configure L2TP to connect outside of the firm employees.
I did https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/L2TP/IPsec vain as described here, can not I connect, I get the error 800 (picture in attachment).
How can I configure L2TP, IPSec does not matter that is free, with tunnels and others simply so I can connect from home for any problem.

Can you post screen shots of how you have pfSense configured?  That would help immensely.
