      I see it has Wi-Fi as well, and 2 Intel NIC ports.

        The portrayed motherboard has two Gigabit Ethernet ports, one controlled by an Intel I219V chip and the other one controlled by an Intel I211AT chip.

          Wireless AC is not supported by FreeBSD so the on board wireless would be useless. Besides you're best off with an access point so you can place it where it's best needed.

          I can't find anything that lists what intel NIC's that board has. They may or may not be supported.

          When it comes to the .BSD's you're better off not going with the latest and greatest hardware due to driver support.
