When I open roadmap for 2.3.1 it shows 1 issue open, when I click it, than it shows no issues — no data to display, for me it's since Friday, roadmap shows one hidden issue. Is it OK?

It was a private bug (potential security issue) so not visible to the world. It's closed now. :-)
