@sef1414 Name it "run.sh", copy to pf and chmod according documentation https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/development/boot-commands.html#shell-script-option You will see messages in the system log like those quoted in the script after logger command.

I couldn't find the source for this issue, so I do what I always do in this type of "I have no clue" situation, I simplify. I removed all my switches except one, removed all non-related items and appliances, reset my configs where I could. then add stuff back. The problem has not reappeared, and I have about 75% of my items back integrated. I suspect it is either a unifi bug or my fing appliance.

@jknott I was curious about how much power my Qotom computer draws. I checked the status of my APC UPS. According to it, the computer draws about 3W and occasionally spikes up to about 13W. At the moment, that computer is the only thing on the UPS. [image: 1613414985408-b5e6fb4b-63e4-4e87-ae3c-5763bb3a894a-image.png]

@jknott The T1700G-28TQ does not. It's from their range aimed at real networks. The other one I have does though. Along with some other interesting features.... That is definitely a soho device though and an older one at that. Might as well be from a completely separate company really. Steve

@kiokoman That was the first 'DOS' with support for those whopping big drive **, later to be known as a hard drive .... Folders or subdirectories also dates from that moment. The DOS that makes the computer boot without a floppy. That was yaw dropping technology. edit : ** something close to 20 mega bytes, but there were always bad sector right from the beginning. remember : the 3.5 inch 1,44 Mbytes floppies didn't exist back then. 5.25 floppies were single sided (?) - or something like 180 Kbytes. I do recall also : debug and then g c800:0 to do an initial low level C drive format. and I just found out that we don't have 'debug' any more .... ;)

@stephenw10 I don't think we need it now to be honest - we keep a pretty good handle on the spam.. But is there a way to force 1 post wonders first posts to be mod/admin allowed? I have seen forums like this before. Where your first post has to be approved before its posted.

@nocling said in pfSense CA Root and IOS 14.4: l no longer trust SSL/TLS certificates with validity periods longer than 398 days. Check your pfsense Web Server certificate I think you hit the nail on the head. my certificates are set to expire years from now, so this could very well be the issue. I was completely unaware of this certificate limit on the Apple. Thank you for bring it to my attention, I am going to reissue a certificate and test it out. Cheers, Mark.
