So I was finally able to configure the connection using EAP-RADIUS. It connects fine. But the connection does not route me into the network.
If I look at the "status" of the network, I get the IPv4 address which is correct, but then the subnet mask shows up as 255.255.255.255 with a blank default gateway.
Obviously I cannot connect to the LAN that is connected to the VPN server.

      Any thoughts?

I'm assuming it's a routing problem, but I think figuring it out may be beyond my skills.

      Would appreciate some input.

      FYI:
Let's say my local IP is 10.1.1.111, the LAN subnet I'm trying to connect to is 192.168.21.0/24, the IP of the VPN server is 192.168.21.1 and the virtual IP I get from the VPN is 192.168.10.1

      Thanks in advance.
