So I finally took the plunge and purchased an actual Negate device instead of running pfsense on my own hardware. I eagerly unboxed it and plugged in the shiny new 6100 that arrived in the mail today. I'm thinking I might have some kind of hardware issue though. The LEDS on the front are just flashing white and have been for quite some time and I notice the LED on the power brick seems to dim in time with the ones on the front of the device. I plugged in the USB console cable too but my computer doesn't even detect a new USB device.

Any ideas before I contact the vendor I purchased this from and ask for an RMA?

    Thanks!

Looks like it's a bad power supply - I found another 12V 5A power brick and I'm all booted up and ready to go.

Did you open a ticket with us for that?

Obviously you should get a functional PSU!

@stephenw10 I was just in the process of filling out the form on the website when I got the email you had replied to my post. I'll have the ticket submitted shortly.
