Ok then the first thing is to test using either a PC or the phone app on the wifi behind pfSense and see if they are also affected.

@stephenw10 Behind PF Sense meaning I need to put a Wi-Fi router between my cable modem and PF Sense firewall and test there? It worked yesterday before PFSense and I assume would work now. Also, mentioned in my OP the DirecTV Stream works fine through chrome on my PC and my phone with PF Sense router. It is somehow just DirecTV Stream not working on my FireTV but FireTV working for everything else. Also, I can confirm that my FireTV DirecTV Stream is working fine with my T-Mobile home internet (no PF Sense). right now. thanks,

No that would be commonly referred to as in front of pfSense. What I mean is in the same subnet, with the same route to the internet, as the FireTV. So to test whether this is something affecting all DirectTV streams or is unique to the FireTV/app.

@stephenw10 Yes, Thank you for that clarification. Everything I have is now behind PF Sense. Everything same subnet and route for now, DirecTV app on phone works, DirecTV on Crome on PC's work, just isn't working on FireTV DirecTV app. Will sometimes work for hours but then not wok the next day. I don't know why it sometime works.

Are you using IPv6 at all?

@stephenw10 My FireTV network settings show an IPv6 an assigned IPv6 address.

Hmm, maybe the other devices do not?

Ah, interesting. You might check out general IPv6 connectivity from another client then.
