      Hello friends,

      I'm new here and as a pfsence admin.

      needing help:

      When I look at the traffic graph in pfsence, it doesn't exceed 50kb.

      What could be happening?! I have complaints about slow internet!

      Sorry, I'm not good at English.

      tanks,.

        With speeds that low check for a low level connection issue. Make sure both WAN and LAN are linked at the expected rate, probably 1Gbps at full duplex. Like:

            And on the LAN interface?

            That has pulled 11GB. Was that at 50kbps?! That seems unlikely. Was the speed good until recently?

              @stephenw10

              is the WAN interface

              I can't tell you, because I wasn't the administrator. I'm new. If you check other Pfsence on other sites, they have normal traffic. 30, 40, mega.

              see the fw graph of the website with complaint.

                Check Status > Monitoring for the WAN traffic over time:

                  This traffic is Wan's.
                  And I've already verified that there is no traffic limitation configured in the firewall.

                    So was it passing full speed until recently?
