Hi i purchased 10 pfsense 6100 appliance from official reseller.
Web gui says that appliance has already been registered.
What should I do if i need tac support?
It should be enabled with pfsense+ 23.05 if I'm not wrong.
How can i contact pfsense support?
      Can i open a ticket?
Can i download pfsense+ from somewhere for my registered netgate appliance?
I would like to upgrade offline

      thanks a lot

@reynold you can open a ticket at go.netgate.com to ask for details.

        to reinstall, free ticket:
        https://docs.netgate.com/pfsense/en/latest/solutions/netgate-6100/reinstall-pfsense.html
...might be a good idea if you're not 100% sure it's not been used.

Only install packages for your version, or risk breaking it. Select your branch in System/Update/Update Settings.
When upgrading, allow 10-15 minutes to reboot, or more depending on packages, and device or disk speed.

Well you wrote "Web gui says that appliance has already been registered." To be honest, I do not really pay attention to registration since we are the ones selling these to our clients, and someone else is ordering them, so I just set them up. :) Netgate TAC should be able to answer any questions about your device.

But, the only way to "upgrade offline" is to reinstall from USB.

Netgate appliances do not need to be registered by the end user. They are already registered before they are ever shipped.

Yes, open a ticket with us to get the recovery image if you need it:
