upgraded my internet speed and netgate bricked

Hello All,
When I updated my home internet from 300 to 600mbs my sg-2100 stopped working altogether. I cannot even use the reset button. All I get is a flashing blue light under the green circle. The unit is not even a year old. Any suggestions are welcome as I will be going some additional research.

What do you see on the serial console?

How did you use the reset button?
