pfSense comes with a resolver, is the process called 'unbound'.
See DNS Resolver and the next page DNS Resolver Mode.

8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 and 1.1.1.1 are also resolver. You don't nee dthem, you already have a resolver.
        ( but they need you ^^ )

forgive me but I don't understand, but if I delete the DNS how does pfsense help me resolve the DNS?

in my current configuration dns resolver is enabled, so if I delete the dns I no longer have the name resolution..

            Because pfSense has a resolver.
But I get it : (don't be offended) : you don't know what DNS is, how it works ... You better change that.
look at '10' video's and you'll understand this very important part of what we call 'Internet'.
Take the one from "Computerphile", their video's are very good.

I'm not offended, don't worry, I was convinced that these DNS in the general screens were actually used for DNS resolver!
when I delete the 3 DNS that I inserted, do I have to do anything else in addition to applying the changes? I don't know how to clear the cache of something?
Can I do tuning in some menus to optimize better?
              what do you suggest me?
Now watch the video you pointed me to.

all the menus, I've been living with this problem for months, when I was with version 2.6 I never had this problem, ever!

                    So what exactly is slow?

Are there any errors shown in the logs?

navigation between the various menus, and these problems only when I am connected locally, for example remotely when I connect to my firewall via DNS it is very fast!

What if you connect by FQDN locally?

Strange indeed. Try opening the debug console in the browser and check what it taking so long when you go to a new page.

For example using the Network tool in Firefox shows how long it took to open the page and which components took time:

                                Other browsers have similar tools.
