    SG-3100 will not boot after upgrade to 24.0

      Tried upgrading from 23.09 to 24.0 last night. After the installation it rebooted and never came back online. No web UI or connection.

      I used a serial cable and putty to login to the console. Noticed that it was stuck on Starting application at 0x00200000. Before that it says Unable to read file ubldr.bin

      Here is the bottom lines:

      Does anyone know what happened and what I can do?

        I'm not sure what happened but it's unable to load the loader file from the drive.

        If you have a config backup the easiest things to do is reinstall 24.03 clean and restore it. Open a ticket to get the recovery image:
